Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was fine for a kind of "use up the pantry" pasta sauce; I used venison steaks instead of beef that were very lean so it was a nice way to serve them with a nice sauce. I'd just note to perhaps watch the seasonings and herbs to adjust for the prepared puttanesca sauce, saltiness of the olives/pimentos, etc.
