    This served as the base for an open faced, very rich sausage & spinach pie so its a little hard to comment on its taste, but I will say that it came together beautifully, rolled out very easily & although I was worried, it did not shrink much at all during the blind bake. The edges were very crisp & flaky and I would like to try this again with a sweet filling.
