Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Pork adobada quesadillas (Mulitas de carne adobada); Grilled swordfish with Mexican squash and blistered tomatoes (Pez espada asado con calabacita curtida y tomates salteados)

    A simple tomatillo salsa, easy to make but I think I prefer those where you char or grill the vegetables instead of boiling them. Also needs a touch of lime to liven it up, in my opinion.
