    Absolutely delicious and definitely worth making again. The flavors worked wonderfully together and I loved the hint of fennel with the grapefruit. However this was in the "Quick Assembly 10-20 minutes" section of the book and I don't think it belongs there. This took substantially longer than 20 minutes.
