Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I have no experience with Kalles Kaviar (Grandma was Finnish not Swedish), but I do have some bottarga to use up. Mayonnaise-lemon-tomato-bottarga makes a nice spread and helps use the bottarga. But even home made mayonnaise is not widely appreciated in my household so this will rank as a "use it up" recipe rather than in the first tier.
