Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    For some reason my rice flour coating stayed a bit raw, and I wonder if it’s because I didn’t toss the wings in the sauce but instead used it as a dipping sauce for those who wanted it. The chile garlicky sauce is truly amazing. I may use a different “oven-fried” method but keep this sauce.
