Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I omitted the maple syrup and added star anise, and used the chicken stock I’d already made with a few carcasses. This was easy, warming and delicious. A great back pocket recipe for leftover roasted chicken.

    This surpassed my expectations. Really tasty! I didn't have bok choi, so I subbed cabbage, and button mushrooms for shitakes.

    Didn’t have bok choi at the store so I used Napa cabbage successfully. Yummy.
