Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Halibut can be substituted for salmon.

Wow, this was fantastic with very simple prep, as others noted. I substituted cod and Napa cabbage for what I had. For three fillets, I used 1 tablespoon each of soy and oyster sauce and replaced the sugar with 1 tablespoon of mirin. It turned out great, especially served with coconut rice.

Delicious. I used probably double the amount of bok choy for 2 servings and per the headnote added rice first. Per another review I made the full amount of sauce for the half batch and would do that again. Next time I might try marinating the salmon in a small amount of sauce for 15-20 minutes before. My parchment didn't puff up, but everything was perfectly cooked in the stated amount of time.

I followed the recipe as is except I didn't have any oyster sauce so I used all soy with a touch of fish sauce, and I substituted (blanched) broccolini for bok choy. This was easy and delicious. https://forums.egullet.org/topic/164739-dinner-2023/?do=findComment&comment=2410442

This was really flavorful and easy. I used halibut and subbed sliced zucchini for the bok choy, since that’s what I had at hand.

Tasty and pretty easy to throw together on a weeknight. My husband didn't feel like this stood out compared to other fish en papillote recipes we've made, but I liked it quite a bit.

Loved this. Made it with wild haddock and used a bed of arugula because I forgot to order bok choy. Used half the ingredients for just a single serving of fish and would do the same again.

This dish is so flavorful. My son claims he hates salmon, but he gobbled this up. I might consider using low sodium soy sauce in the future, but that’s the only change I’d make.

This is a good weeknight meal as it is about 15 minutes of prep and 15 minutes in the oven. It was pretty flavorful for the effort ... ginger, garlic, soy, and oyster sauce. The leaves of the bok choy were a little overcooked for my preference. I used salmon and cut the recipe down to a single portion
