Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These were delicious and easy! I did the pork version and made five, and these were nice for a light dinner with a salad. I like that you don't have to saute any of the ingredients, just chop, mix, and bake. I had a 1/2-lb package of ground pork and used all 8 oz, and that worked fine.

    So yummy and love the texture. Made the vegetarian version with mushrooms.
