Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made a few changes and I’d make it again this way! I roasted the beets and sliced them in thin wedges since I don’t care for raw beets. I doubled the fish sauce and lime in the vinaigrette to counter the sweetness of roasted beets, and added a generous squirt of Sriracha. We loved it!

    This made a very pretty salad, but next time I'll be sure to make the dressing on the more assertive side. It needs it.
