Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Not a fan. Easy, and fine to try for technique. Not worth the effort for taste. There won't be a next time here, but for those interested, try my tried an true with the recipes methodology: 1:1:1 blend of Seasoned Rice Vinegar : Rice Vinegar : Water + white pepper + Urfa pepper. Throw some sliced cherry tomotoes in there if you're really feeling like mixing it up.

    Pretty good. Like the technique for smashing the cuc. Much less scary than using the side of a knife! Reduce the oil though.
