Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are fantastic. I made only minor adjustments -- less salt (3/4 tsp) in the filling and I skipped the cinnamon in exchange for some extra allspice. Could reduce the pine nuts to 3 Tbs, too. My pastries were smaller than the recipe instructs, but the dough to filling ratio came out perfectly.
