Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This satay sauce was delicious and quite easy to make, as long as you have a decent food processor to make the nut butter. Was perfect with the chicken sate recipe from the book. 10/10, will do again.

    Beautiful sauce - I love it but it’s not spicy like more commercial satay peanut style sauces.
