    Lovely flavours but perhaps I made mine too thin as they were quite done/crispy after baking. (My oven goes up to 300°C.) Next time I will only make 6 rather than 8 and leave them chunkier.

    These were excellent. Loved the technique of baking and then frying. Her directions said to put this on the highest temp. But that made me nervous, so I only did 450.
