Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good chicken ramen, made with the following modifications: leftover roast chicken; commercial chicken broth. (Made the dashi, tare, marinated scallions, and soft-boiled eggs as instructed.) Recipe calls for preparing each ingredient separately, and then assembling at the end--this creates more dirty dishes than normal for one soup.
