    Rather time consuming as I made the butter beans in cascabel oil to be used for this recipe. Quite tasty and fulfilling.

    Fantastic, healthy meal for a winter evening. I also didn't bother to peel the potatoes and deseeded the chilies. The flavours were just right considering the amount of greens. Adding this to the regular rota.

    Surprisingly delicious flavor. I didn't bother peeling the small potatoes I used. I removed the chile seeds so it wasn't spicy, but my husband and I added hot sauce to our servings.
