    A retro canapé .. inspired to revisit the devilled egg following a visit to a local winery where stuffed eggs were served as part of an appetiser platter! I sieved the filling once it was made to assure a smooth creaminess. Well received by hubby who'd never heard of them .. in his 69 years!
