    I made too many changes to this recipe to give it a rating (a different pesto and cooking method for the vegetables) but I think adding extra vegetables to a pasta with pesto sauce will always taste good. The lemon juice at the end lifted all of the flavours. I will make this again as written once I get my hands on some pepitas.
