    My go-to oven pilaf recipe. I brown off aromats before stirring in rice to coat in oil and then deglazing with booze, then in with the stock and toppings and into the oven for 30 min. Have made it several times and it always turns out perfectly cooked. Very adaptable. Mushroom pilaf is a particular favourite.
