    I used 8 oz grd pork, making 4 sliders replacing the mint with Thai basil (& doing the same in the slaw). The patties have lots of good flavour, the spicy mayo (with sambal oelek this time) was a good topper & we also used a tomato relish on the buns. Even though we tend to make slaws with creamy dressing, we both really liked this version and preferred it as a side, rather than as a slider topper. This is a fun little dinner worth repeating.

    I made these as suggested, 10 sliders. I also made my own slider buns, but they were too tall and skinny, so my patties were on the thicker side, so they took a few minutes longer to fully cook through. I really liked the flavors! Next time I will buy slider buns until I can figure out how to make homemade buns to the right proportion.

    I, too, made these as full sized burgers. The components, each with their own flavour profile, come together to make a really delicious burger.

    I made these as regular burgers. I made them on the griddle, which was a mistake because they cooked on the outsides but took some time to fully cook inside. The combination of the slaw, mayo and chile sauce was delicious.

    Nice recipe. I prepped separate components earlier in the day and browned the pork patties just before serving. Made 8 sliders. Next time I will make regular sized burgers instead of sliders, as Cheri mentioned.

    Easy, tasty, fun! Tough to find slider buns anywhere, it seems, but one of our grocery stores had some slider-sized potato rolls, and they worked just fine.
