Egg, shrimp, and scallion pancakes (Trứng chiên tôm) from Into the Vietnamese Kitchen: Treasured Foodways, Modern Flavors (page 98) by Andrea Nguyen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I made this when I saw it highlighted in The Washington Post as easy, quick and deliciousn(I have the cookbook as well). Despite generally loving Andrea Nguyen's recipes, this one felt flat to me - though comfort food is by definition very personal. I only note it because getting really good shrimp is expensive and I ended up tossing out the extra shrimp batter, to my chagrin.
