Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Got an extra biscuit from my batch. Easy enough to make with my short attention span 9 month old trying to help. I love the scoop method. Threw in a bit of Swiss cheese at my husband's request. Needed 12min bake.

    It doesn't get easier than this. Like a cream scone with less sugar - and less shaping! It was a dream to scoop. Didn't stick at all, granted I greased the cup measure with non-stick spray. Got exactly 10 biscuits. Needed an extra few minutes in my oven.
