    Simple, quick, and very satisfying weeknight meal sure to please even kids. Used skinless and boneless chicken thighs. I added a small amount of mushroom powder while doing tasting. Next time I like to add sliced mushrooms and splash of sherry. Served with Amish style egg noodles and lightly candied carrots. My husband loved this combo. Photo added.
