    We decided to try some unusual pizzas last night, instead of our usual rotation using the home pizza oven. This was a great choice! I modified the recipe a bit, but results were really tasty and different. My wife hates walnuts, so I just used toasted pine nuts instead. I also wasn't able to find Gorgonzola Dolce, so I used regular, and just had to add a bunch of cream to make it possible to "dollop."
