    I’ve been wanting to make this one for quite a while. It just looked so unique and interesting. I modified a bit and made it in more of a Neapolitan form, rather than Al Taglio. I left the walnuts out, as my wife doesn’t like them. Otherwise, followed the recipe using my standard crust dough, in our wood-fired oven. Results were fantastic. One of our favorite pizzas ever.
