    Lovely, lovely, lovely. Scented with rose water and cardamom, sweet but not too sweet, exotic but not too exotic. This is a regular in our house. We usually make it without pistachios and vanilla. And it does take longer than half an hour - wait until it starts to get visibly thicker.
