    Super simple and bright tasting, this salad is great side for a meal featuring a rich main dish, or any meal where you want to serve a flavorful salad quickly. It works well for all seasons.

    The recipe notes say that this is a jolt of sunshine and it absolutely is in the middle of winter. I threw it together in less than ten minutes, without radishes because I did not have them on hand. Excellent winter salad.
