    Instead of shrimp, used leftover sashimi slices from our New Years Eve dinner of salmon, maguro ie blue fin tuna, sea bream, scallop slices, and few dungeness merus meat along with button mushrooms and broccoli top. Added chicken stock seasoning. Perfect lunch with baguette slices for dipping into flavorful olive oil. Simple and delicious with chilled dry white wine.
