Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Good flavor but maybe too plain - agreed with Tvigdal that some spices would go a long way. Fixings were great.

    Really easy to make. I would maybe add a little more spices next time.

    The kofta kebabs were absolutely fantastic, especially with the “fixings.” Highly recommend this recipe. Be aware that the meat mixture is made ahead and needs to rest for six-24 hours, so plan ahead.
