    We liked this a lot. I did the vegetables in the air fryer, and that worked a treat. Next time, I would increase the veggies. We ended up with too few vegetables for the amount of sauce, particularly the tomato.

    Delicious as written - serve with the Muhammura even better. Definitely scoop up with homemade bread.
