    Served with lingonberry jam, gurkensalat, and buttered parsley potatoes to mimic this month's article. I made two mistakes with this recipe which affected the appearance and texture. I used store bought bread crumbs and flipped once which ended up producing flat coating (not the beautiful undulating crust) and thicker flat tasting crust. Best to follow directions precisely. The sides tasted great though and did go very well together.
