    55 min, salted butter, springform, pinch of salt to crumb topping and filling. Delicious

    Excellent coffee cake. Very chocolate-forward, but I’m not complaining! I made it in a 9” spring-form pan, and it turned out great. I didn’t think the 35 minute baking time would be enough, and it definitely wasn’t. Ours took about an hour. Only thing I’d maybe change next time would be to add a pinch of salt to the cocoa crumble topping.
