    I was waffling on separating the eggs. I think it was worth whipping the whites, but I also think if you were short on time it would be fine to use whole. This makes a BIG fat cake, which took longer to bake for me but that’s probably my oven. I do think I might halve the recipe next time though, unless I’m baking for a crowd.
