Can substitute Tajín seasoning for ground cumin.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Fantastic work lunch/hiking meal. For me, one recipe yields six generous servings. I used Rancho Gordo stardust powder for the tajin, which adds wonderful flavor. My husband likes this salad in wraps, and I prefer it on its own with some hot sauce. The crunch from the radish is very nice. I actually bought the chopper thing that Deb recommended, but it's not really that much faster than just chopping with a knife.
