Can substitute red shepherd peppers for red tatashe peppers, habanero peppers for Scotch bonnet peppers, and freshly ground white pepper for freshly ground black pepper. You may use the Curry powder recipe on page 25, and the Curry stock recipe on page 333. This recipe uses leftover cooked meat from the curry stock.
