Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This soup is based on an asparagus stock instead of chicken stock, as a result the soup has a potent asparagus flavour, but this is a good thing. Quite light and very aromatic because of the various members of the alium family that went into the pot. Overall a very nice celebration of asparagus.
