Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My first grilling project. It was unsettling for me to decide what heat to grill at since recipe does not specify (It is a grill or broil recipe - no temps specified) so I went for medium & covered. Might have overdone the meat, and undercharred the pineapple as a result, but the sauce was so delish all is forgiven. And while I failed to truly caramelize the pineapple chunks on my skewers, they were lovely just warmed up, all the same. I did not notice the lack of heat other posters noted - guess that is not what I was looking for. Served it as the center of my first pandemic backyard cookout with one person outside of the household invited and I was more focused on how do I do the hosting dance before the weather forces us all indoors. She, my husband, and I all thought the pork/pineapple skewers were delish.

    As others have written the sauce is delicious, though with 3Xs the red pepper flakes, spiciness was hard to discern. Really simple to make, I didn't even pre-chop any of the ingredients before adding them to the food processor and had no problems. Will be making again.

    Very good. The sauce is delicious. I doubled the pepper flakes, but didn't notice much heat. Next time, I might increase it even more. I might also toss the pineapple with some brown sugar and cayenne to caramelize it some while it's under the broiler. Will make again.
