    Made a half batch using boneless, skinless thighs and beet greens rather than chard. Did 15 minutes in IP; probably should have done 12-13.

    This my husbands favorite dish. I like it because the flavors meld beautifully in a uncomplicated sort of way. Definitely use French lentils (Puy).
