Can substitute tamari or soy sauce for shoyu, broccoli for broccolini, crème fraîche for Greek yogurt, and cooked white beans or cooked flageolet beans for mung beans.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Subbed canned white beans for mung beans as I could not get them in my store.

Maybe I overcooked the mung beans since they were mushy. The tempeh, however, was really tasty and the broccoli added a nice crunch. A definite must cook again!
