Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a big miss for us. The saffron flavor was unpleasant and it never thickened even though I simmered it about twice as long as called for. It also was a weird broth: chickpeas ratio, it needed more beans or some other vegetable to bulk it up. My partner liked it better with lots of lime, I didn't think it improved things.

    Good. Added some other veggies and also some rice to make it a little more winter weather friendly:).

    Great technique. Next will add more veggies, maybe potatoes. Could be good with curry powder as well.
