Yummy! Very quick and delicious for a weeknight meal. I used pine nuts instead of pepitas. Will definitely repeat

Pg. 131. Chose this recipe because I had all of the ingredients except for the pepitas, so left those out. Made with cheese ravioli and broccoli florets. It was super fast and easy, always a plus in my book. I think the success of this dish highly depends on the quality of the ravioli and I'm not sure what I used was the best, I had never bought it before and I was not impressed with it. The harissa oil, however, was outstanding. I could see making it to dress steamed or roasted vegetables or fish.

We really enjoyed this too- the harissa oil is great. I was worried about how salty this potentially could be, but the amounts of olives and feta weren't excessive and they didn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. I subbed cauliflower since it was what I had on hand and it's a suggested sub, but I didn't think it worked well in this dish.

This was a hit with our family, so full of flavor and super easy to boot. I set some aside for my five-year-old before mixing in the harissa oil so that he could enjoy it without the spice. Instead of pepitas, I used sliced almonds as suggested, and also substituted kalamata olives for oil-cured. It's easy to scale up to accommodate a larger batch of ravioli. We used spinach and cheese ravioli from Costco.
