    Tasty, tender pancakes, slightly sweet, so could be eaten without syrup (although we used it) or maybe with jam or fruit. The batter was on the thin side, even with extra flour (closer to the stated measurement, rather than weight - my weight for whole wheat flour never quite matches King Arthur's). Would definitely make again if I had muesli to use up.

    New favorite pancake. Flavorful & light. Requires overnight soak (we do it in frig not on counter.) Works with muesli or granola.
