    I started my whole russets with 10 minutes in the microwave before being sliced/tossed with the oil & seasoning. The garlic was added in 1/2 way through the bake and while the head start means less time in the oven, they still came out beautifully soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Like anya_sf, we say "delicious!"
