    I was looking for a cheat's cassoulet. This fit the bill nicely.. I halved the ingredients (just cooking for 2) and there's still heaps of "sauce" left! Quite tasty, but it was missing something.. je ne sais quoi? Maybe it's the Toulouse sausages really make the cassoulet zing... (been a French weekend for me!)
