Savoy and leek colcannon from Food from Plenty: Good Food Made from the Plentiful, the Seasonal and the Leftover with Over 300 Recipes, None of Them Extravagant (page 89) by Diana Henry

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I used green cabbage here which still tasted great and although she says "serve immediately", I made it before the main & held it in a well buttered small slow cooker on low, stirring in a little extra hot milk & melted butter just before serving. We loved this flavourful mash.

So much more than the sum of its parts. I was a bit skeptical but add cabbage and leeks to use. Perfect cold weather comfort food
