Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

I had never tried silken tofu until a friend of mine (to whom I gifted this cookbook) made this dish for me. Absolutely lovely! I think this dish is great for hot summers or light meals. My friend does sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top, which give a nice crunch and compliments the creamy tofu and avocado.

Good, but not spectacular. Would have liked more textural variation.

Fabulous. I omitted the wasabi and it was still very good.
