    What a disappointment! Lamb is my favourite meat for a roast and I'd wanted to try this for ages. The flavour of the marinade was okay but it did nothing for the lamb. The recipe says the marinade becomes the sauce and to heat gently in a saucepan, not to boil the marinade as it would curdle! However, whilst it was roasting in the oven, the temperature was hot and the marinade curdled at that stage. That was recovered by blitzing in the food processor, but a major error in the recipe writing. A rare Diana Henry fail.
