Thanks for the quick response Jane!  I will work on indexing some of the issues I have.  Hopefully there are others who will be interested as well.

I also would love to see Martha Stewart Living, Whole Living, La Cucina Italiana and Sunset magazines indexed.

Would you be able to index the New Vegetarian column from the Guardian. It's written by Yotam Ottolenghi. You already link to some of the recipes because some of them are in his books which you already have indexed, but there are many more great recipes there which aren't in the books and therefore don't appear on Eat Your Books yet. The recipes are superb. You can find it here: http://www.guardian.co.u.../series/thenewvegetarian.

Thanks,

Jo

By coincidence I have recently been adding some of the Guardian recipes myself as I love Yotam Ottolenghi's recipes.  You can do the same thing using our Bookmarklet - this is explained in Help/How to. When you add recipes you see online, they go into the Library and automatically get added to your Bookshelf.

We would love to add every great recipe in the world to EYB (which is our long-term goal!) but we are spread quite thinly indexing cookbooks, magazines and blogs so we really appreciate it when members add wonderful recipes they see online.  We do ask that members follow the EYB indexing guidelines, since we want the quality of data to be maintained, but it is really quite easy to do.

I would love to see Southern Living and Garden & Gun indexed, please! There's also a wonderful regional publication "Our State" that I subscribe too.

Dish Magazine (NZ) would be great!

I am wondering why Australian Traveller Gourmet magazine has dropped off the magazine listing? in September it still had 102 members, while Feast which was noted by Jane in another topic is still being indexed with only 64 members. If the magazine does not appear in the library list how do we show that we have a new monthly issue. If I knew that it was delisted then I wouldnt bother buying it any more.

Yes, sorry our Australian indexer who is assigned that magazine has gone AWOL.  If she doesn't reappear soon we will assign the magazine to another indexer as we can see it is very popular.  It will definitely get done so don't stop buying it.

The September 2012 issue of Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine has just been indexed.

Any update as to whether you'll be adding the Fine Cooking Special Issues? There are also special issues from Gourmet Magazine being produced... thx!

There are a modest number of recipes in Heirloom Gardener, a relatively new quarterly magazine from Baker Creek. I could offer to index the recipes in the issues I have, starting from Fall 2011.

Thanks KarenS for volunteering to index Heirloom Gardener.  I have added all issues since Fall 2011 so you can now request to index them.
