      This chopped liver is divine, and I despise liver. I use chicken or duck fat in place of oil.

      I didn't make the accompanying sauce, but the pepper rub and accompanying timing instructions were spot on for my albacore tuna. Served with a balsamic reduction instead (based on other dishes, it was a better pairing). Simple, but good for a quick weeknight dinner.
