• Bulgur veggie burgers with lime mayonnaise

    Since I don't have a food processor, I pureed the ingredients in the Vitamix, but the mix was too smooth. Next time, I'll try pureeing only part of the mixture, keeping it chunkier.

    Tasty, classic slaw. I just the amount of mayo in half and it was just fine.
